the bethlehem granola factory

It used to be that every time I went by the Granola Factory, they would be closed but with the open sign up. This made me go a little funny in the head.

I have not seen this happen in a long time -- either because they're better about the sign or because I no longer walk that route home. Either way, I'm feeling much better now.

I will have to add some photos of their delicious food.
