Flying Fish Exit 1 Oyster Stout

A few weeks after first learning of the very idea of an oyster stout, I learned that Flying Fish was going to make one. I picked it up from Abe's, once it was available, and eventually got it opened and served to family, after a big seafood dinner on Christmas eve.

It was good. It was a dry stout, and reminded me a bit of Victory's Donnybrook. I can't say that I picked up any sort of note of oyster, but maybe I was all fished out by that point.
