le bus macaroon

Le Bus bakery has a stall at Reading Terminal Market, where I often eat lunch. I showed their website to Gloria, who said, "Ooh, macaroons!"

We really like the macaroons from Wegman's, but I thought it would be worth trying the ones from Le Bus. Every few days, for months, I've looked to see if they had any, and they didn't, until today. For $1.25, my opinion is that it's pretty good, but not as good as Wegman's, and not as good as a cookie from Hope's. That said, if you want a macaroon, getting a chocolate chip cookie from Hope won't help.
