Recycling (Parking)

A few months ago, an old woman was leaving our city's recycling center and backed her car into two old men who worked there. She must've been going pretty fast and hard, because she killed them. As a result, there are now approximately nine zillion warning signs and posts set up there. It's pretty ridiculous.
